Newcomers Household

The Barony of al-Barran is hosting a series of regular information gatherings for those new to the SCA (typically less than 2 years). These are informal garb not required meetings at which some aspect of the Society will be discussed; preparing for a camping event; the meaning of honor; how to make T tunics; discuss protocol, or even watch a period movie. All are welcome.

Directions to the Newcomers Meetings

Location: 2709 Flor Silvestre NW

Directions:

From Coors & Montano, go south on Coors to Ladera. Turn west (right) on Ladera. Go west on Ladera for approximately 1.5 miles. Flor Silvestre is on the left side of the road, one block past the park (El Rancho Atrisco Park, also on the left side of the road). Turn left onto Flor Silvestre; house is first house on west (right) side of the road.

From Coors & I-40, exit straight onto the frontage road (WalMart and Chili's should be on your right) - do NOT get onto Coors. At the stoplight (Ouray), turn west (left). Flor Silvestre is 5th street on the right. Turn north (right) onto Flor Silvestre; house is last house on west (left) side of the road.

From Unser & I-40, go north on Unser to Ladera. Go east (right) on Ladera. Flor Silvestre is the first street (on the right) past the Ouray stoplight. Turn right onto Flor Silvestre; house is first house on west (right) side of the road.
