Deputy Reeves (2) | Assist the treasurer for our non-profit group with event paperwork, reimbursements, etc. Qualifications: Some accounting preferred but basic math a must :) |

Knight Marshal | Assume responsibility for fighting-related activities including training, communication of rule changes,
and most importantly ... Safety on the field. Qualifications: Authorized fighter with experience on the fields of al-Barran. |

Webminister | Assume the reins of this website and coordinate the creation/publication of Baronial event sites.
The current Webminister is willing to stay on as a deputy. Qualifications: Basic html and reliable email/internet service. |

| Scribe | Work with the Coronet to create, and find others to create, beautiful works of art for the populace. | ||

| September '08 and '09 | Baronial Champions | Weekend camping event to decide the Baronial Champions in Heavy, Rapier, Archery and the Bardic Arts. | |
| November '08 and '09 | Baronial Arts & Sciences | Day event for teaching and displaying the works of the populace. | |
| November '08 and '09 | Toys-4-Tots Tournament | Day event to gather toys for the USMCR Toys-4-Tots drive. Toy mongering begins early and involves working with a variety of community supporters culminating in tournaments at the park and a huge stack of toys for the Marines to pick up. | |
| December '08 and '09 | Midwinter and War Practice | Weekend feast event for 300+ of our closest friends. Theme, menu and feast coordinator should be part of your plan for this position. The Baronial War Practice is the next day so there is plenty of opportunity to work off all the food. | |
| March '09 | A Sworded Affair | Day event to celebrate the art of Rapier fighting. Classes, fighting and a feast make
this an excellent all-around event.

| May or November '09 | Outlands Coronation (tentative) | Kingdom event to Crown our next King and Queen. Tentative until the bid is awarded. | |
| May '09 and '10 | Grand Outlandish Tournament | Week long camping event over Memorial Day weekend. This event is older than the Outlands and you can be a part of it! | |
| None of these events can happen without the help of lots of
people so even if you aren't ready to run the whole show, please volunteer to help where/when you can. |
