GRAND OUTLANDISH XXXVIII

Good gentles, please come to Grand Outlandish and partake in the many rapier activities planned this year. Those interested will have a number of tournaments and melees to choose from.

On Friday, we will have the Premier Blade tournament, the winner of which will have the honor of being premier blade for the next year. We will also have a woods battle. Friday night, for the entertainment of all, will be torch light rapier theater--a mix of melee, theater, and silliness.

 

Saturday will see the Citadel speed tournament and the Battle of the Ancients. The Battle the Ancients will be a melee between the youngsters and the old timers. We shall see which is greater--youth and skill or old age and treachery! 

 

On Sunday we will have a bottle tournament. Entrants need to bring a bottle of their favorite brew as the entrant's fee. The winner will take all. There will also be a musketry battle which will be a melee with unlimited RBGs and ammo. (So, bring your RBGs, and if you have extras, bring them for a friend to use.) For those fans of Cut and Thrust sword play, we are planning on running the first ever Outlands C&T tournament on Sunday as well.
