If you are bringing minors for whom you are not the Legal Guardian, you MUST have three (3) Notarized copies of these forms when you arrive at Gate: Child Guardian Consent Form PDF file AND Medical Authorization for Minors PDF file
1. Original notarized copy for the gate.
2. Original notarized copy to be kept on Guardian.
3. Original notarized copy to be kept on the Child.
These requirements are from SCA Corporate.
If you do not have these three forms you will be turned away from gate.
