A note from Lady Bevin

Welcome to Grand Outlandish Tournaments XXXVII!

I would like to express the importance of presenting your fighter authorization card and membership cards upon entering the lists for the tournaments. All fighters must have current, unexpired cards to enter the lists. You will be asked to show your cards. If you do not have a green authorization card and proof of current SCA membership, you will not be allowed to enter the list. There will be no exceptions. If you have lost your card, or forgot it at home, you will be required to find an authorizing marshal appropriate for your style of combat and have a new card issued. If you do not have proof of membership, you will not be permitted to enter the lists.  There will be NO “vouching” for fighters by their Knight, their local knight marshal, or their good buddy.  This requirement is part of Kingdom Law and it will be strictly enforced.  

The list ministers will also require Marshals on the field to show your authorization card.

 

 

Martial Notes

1. All: Unless otherwise noted, lists will open one hour prior to listed start time.
2. Archery:
   • This year we will have a variety of activities, ranges will only be open if a line marshal is present, ranges close one hour prior to Court.
