Violation of these rules may result in expulsion from site!

• Fires:

  Due to extremely dangerous fire conditions in Torrance County at this time, the fire restrictions are very stringent:

  NOTE: The last word on all fire restrictions is the county Fire Marshal. If the following changes in any way, you will be notified on site.

  • No open fires at all. Every fire pit must have a shut off valve.
  • No open flames of any type.
  • No charcoal grills.
  • Smoking is only allowed in your tent, car or cleared areas designated according to the Forest Service, Torrance County fire manager and the Outlandish Autocrat.
  • Fire extinguishers and shovels must be readily available at every fire, tent and encampment.
  • No liquid fuels (white gas, kerosene, etc.): Lanterns, stoves, etc. may only be propane, solar or battery fueled.
  • Grills/Stoves: propane (on/off switch) versions are allowed.
  • Firepits: propane versions (on/off switch) are currently allowed. Please clear the area where the fire pit will be placed.
  • Tiki Torches: Propane versions (on/off switch) are currently allowed.
  • Excessive height of flames is discouraged.
  • Wood and charcoal fires are not allowed.
  • Do not place any flame close to trees or bushes.
  • Flames (tikis, firepits, candles, etc) may not be left unattended!
  
  
• Site:

  The site is a public park, please respect it and our neighbors.

  • Please provide enough water for your personal use. People and animals need a gallon of water per day.
  • NO cutting of ANY branches.
  • Site is Wet.
  • It is recommended that dogs, and other pets, should be on leash. The leash should be attached to a fixed object or in the hands of a person. This is for the protection of the pet as well as their owner and our other guests.
  • Please pick up after your pets.
  • When using the five-mile or more radios be sure to use only channels 8-14 unless you have a radio handlers license.
  • Please don't remove the Glow sticks from the porta-johns.
  • No cannon fire after 10 pm.
  
  
• Cars:

  We all need our vehicles to get to and from the event. But in an effort to keep the atmosphere period, please unload and remove your vehicles quickly.

  • Cars will not be allowed on the main loop after 7:30PM on Friday
  • Speed limit throughout the event is 5 miles per hour. Please help us keep down the dust and drive slow.
  • Please stay on the prepared roads. The ground is very fragile and we want to protect it.
  • Don’t park in the Reserved or Handicapped Lots unless you have that permit for your vehicle. Permits can be obtained at the Gate.

  Violation of these rules may result in your vehicle being towed at owners expense.

• Post Event Cleanup:

  Each group will be responsible for cleaning up their portion of the site.

  • The camp representative will serve as a contact person for the entire encampment.
  • The camp representative will ensure that the area used by the encampment is cleaned and trash is removed from their area before leaving the site.
  • The camp representative will tell the Site Cleanup Coordinator or autocrat when this has been accomplished.
  • The camp representative should report to the Site Cleanup Coordinator soon after camp setup.
  • The Site Cleanup Coordinator and crew will be checking each campsite as representatives reports them ready for inspection before leaving.
  
  
• Emergency Procedures:

  Because of the remote nature of the site, the quickest way to receive emergency response is to contact the Chiurgeon-in-Charge (CIC). The CIC has established connections with local emergency response officials and is set to coordinate emergency response to the site if necessary
